He graduated from Seoul National University College of Medicine.
He has been served as the president of Korean Otological Society and the president of Korean Balance Society.
Currently, he is in charge of Dizziness Center of Seoul National University Bundang Hospital as a director.
he is the chairman of board of directors of Korean society of ORL-HNS.
He is preparing for 2026 Politzer society meeting in Seoul, Korea as a congress president.
He is a member of Politzer society, Barany Society, and CORLAS
