Sessions
This presentation will outline a practical, step-by-step approach to Southeast Asian rhinoplasty, focusing on three core principles: structure, softness and function. Using clinical cases, intraoperative images and surgical videos, the session will highlight common anatomical challenges and demonstrate techniques including alar lifting, rib cartilage grafting, double septal extension grafts, diced cartilage fascia, tip refinement and soft-tissue management. The aim is to achieve stable support, natural contours, balanced proportions and preservation of nasal function.
