Waleed Moneir

In Egypt, we launched Egyptian Artificial Intelligence ORL Network (Egy. AIORL Network) to widespread the orientation about the basics of AI, variable applications of it in ORL and the future of this Era. The instruction course will reveal these points and show our acheivements and projects of applying AI in ORL training and surgical uses. Pan African Endoscopic Ear Surgeons Federation: then and now.
Waleed Moneir

The Pan African Endoscopic Ear Surgeons Federation (PAEESF) is an association established under Complete logistic coverage of the Egyptian ORL Society and as a regional branch of the International Working Group of Endoscopic Ear Surgery (IWGEES) in the 2nd Forum of the Egyptian Working Group of EES (EWGEES) in 2021. In the beginning, the foundation committee included a number of imminent African otologists experienced in EES From 7 African Countries, while now members from 17 African ones participate in the Federation’s activities, and it is thriving day after day. With the succession and expansion of the federation’s activities, many conferences and workshops were held under its umbrella. Many working groups had branched out from the Federation as The Algerian Working Group of (AWGEES) in 2023, which is holding its second conference, as well as the Moroccan Working Group of EES (MoWGEES) in 2024 and the rest are to come Libyan Working Group of Endoscopic Ear Surgery (LWGEES) in 2025.

PAEESF aims to widespread the EES skills allover Africa by organizing periodical scientific activities either virtual or hybrid demonstrative events and to keep it pace developed globally.

Many cadaveric dissection courses and dissection courses on ovine and artificial models were settled.

Endoscopes and Microscopes in Otology & Neurotology: From conflict to harmony.
Waleed Moneir

The conflict among otologists about the role of using endoscopes in the field is endless. The presentation will reveal the role of endoscopy in variable otological and neurotological procedures to gain the maximum benefits of using both tools for lowering morbidities and improving the results of the operations. Many videos of different procedures will be played to highlight the dual endo-microscopic approach for different pathologies in otology and neurotology fields.
