OMAR ABU SULIMAN
Session
This session presents a four-year experience from a specialized multidisciplinary clinic designed to manage Chronic Rhinosinusitis with Nasal Polyps (CRSwNP). The model integrates Rhinology and immunology to offer comprehensive, coordinated care. Our session will highlight how this collaborative approach improved patient outcomes, facilitated access to biologics, and optimized treatment plans through shared decision-making.
Outcome Objectives: By the end of this session, attendees will be able to:
1. Explain the roles of various specialists in the multidisciplinary care of CRSwNP.
2. Analyze the benefits and challenges of implementing a team-based clinical model.
3. Recognize clinical indicators guiding the initiation of biologic therapy in CRSwNP.
4. Demonstrate strategies for integrating multidisciplinary collaboration in their own practice settings.
