Daniela González Casas

Dr. Daniela Gonzalez Casas is a second-year Otology and Neurotology Fellow at the Fundación Universitaria de Ciencias de la Salud (FUCS) in Bogotá, Colombia. She earned her medical degree from Universidad Militar Nueva Granada and completed her residency in Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery at FUCS-affiliated teaching hospitals, including Hospital de San José and Hospital Infantil Universitario de San José.

Her clinical and research interests focus on otologic surgery, cochlear implantation, and hearing outcomes in older adults, with particular emphasis on improving patient selection and outcomes following cochlear implantation.

Outside of her clinical and academic work, Dr. Gonzalez Casas enjoys spending time with her family, running, and practicing Pilates.
