<p>Chung-Han Hsin, M.D., M.S., Ph.D., is a Professor of Otolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery at Chung Shan Medical University, Taichung, Taiwan. He currently serves as Vice Superintendent of Chung Shan Medical University Hospital and Chief of the Department of Otolaryngology at the same institution. He is also actively involved in national academic leadership as Director of the Taiwan Society of Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery and Executive Director of the Taiwan Rhinology Society.</p> <p>Dr. Hsin received his medical degree from National Taiwan University and subsequently obtained a Master of Science in Craniofacial Biology from the University of Southern California, USA. He completed his residency training in Otolaryngology at National Taiwan University Hospital and later earned his Ph.D. from Chung Shan Medical University.</p> <p>His clinical interests focus on rhinitis, chronic rhinosinusitis, and endoscopic sinus surgery, with additional expertise in the management of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. His approach to patient care emphasizes comprehensive evaluation and evidence-based management, aiming to improve both disease outcomes and quality of life. In addition to clinical practice, he has been engaged in academic teaching and research, particularly in the fields of rhinology and upper airway inflammatory diseases.</p>

<p>Dr. Sunita Chhapola is an ENT surgeon and allergy specialist with extensive clinical, academic, teaching and research experience in the diagnosis and management of allergic and upper-airway disorders.</p> <p>She is the Founder and Director of Mumbai Allergy Centre and heads the Department of Allergy Sciences at Sir H. N. Reliance Foundation Hospital, Mumbai. Her principal areas of expertise include allergic rhinitis, asthma, chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps, urticaria, food allergy, drug allergy, allergen immunotherapy and biologic therapies.</p> <p>Dr. Chhapola has a special interest in precision medicine and in the integration of allergen immunotherapy and biologics for the management of complex respiratory and upper-airway allergic diseases. She has extensive experience in skin-prick testing, component-resolved diagnostics, drug allergy evaluation, allergen immunotherapy and biologic treatment.</p> <p>She completed an international clinical observership in allergy at Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard Medical School, Boston, USA, in 2019. She has presented her clinical and research work at several prestigious national and international conferences, including IFOS, WAO, EAACI, ACAAI and APAAACI. She is regularly invited as faculty and speaker at scientific meetings and conducts training programmes and workshops in allergy diagnostics, allergen immunotherapy, drug allergy and biologic therapies.</p> <p>Dr. Chhapola has received numerous awards and recognitions for her academic and scientific contributions, including the Best Scientific Research Award, the Dr. Henry Claman Gold Medal in Allergy and Asthma, and the Dr. V. Raju Award for Best Research Paper. She has also received the International Visiting Scholarship from the American Academy of Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery and the Times Healthcare Leaders Award 2023 in Allergy.</p> <p>She is actively involved in clinical research, scientific publications and postgraduate medical education. Her work is focused on advancing evidence-based, personalised and precision-driven care for patients with allergic and airway diseases.</p>
<p>Prof. Dr. Adile Berna Dursun is a physician board-certified both in pulmonology and adult allergy, with a special focus on severe asthma, biologic therapies, and allergic airway diseases. Her clinical and academic work centers on the real-world management of respiratory allergies, severe asthma, and type 2 inflammatory airway disorders.</p> <p>She is actively involved in multicenter research and international collaborations in allergy and respiratory medicine and serves on the European Academy of Allergy and Clinical Immunology (EAACI) Tailored Education Committee. Her recent work focuses on optimizing evidence-based pharmacotherapy across the spectrum of allergic airway diseases, including allergic rhinitis, chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps, and the evolving role of biologic therapies in upper–lower airway integration.</p> <p>Pulmonologist, adult allergist, and endurance runner—exploring the airway from clinic to long-distance trails.</p>
