Dr. Talha Çögen is an Assistant Professor of Audiology at Bingöl University, Türkiye. He holds undergraduate degrees in audiology and electrical and electronics engineering, and completed his postgraduate training in audiology. His research interests include hearing science, psychoacoustics, temporal auditory processing, and auditory scene analysis, with applied work in cochlear implant outcomes, hyperacusis, and clinical audiometric assessment. He also maintains an active clinical practice in audiology and contributes to graduate teaching and research supervision.

"I am an Otorhinolaryngology Specialist with a special interest in voice and swallowing disorders, vocology, and laryngology. I have experience in active patient management, functional assessment, and conservative–surgical treatment in public hospitals and multidisciplinary clinical settings. I work in accordance with patient safety, ethical approaches, and evidence-based medicine principles, adopting clinical practices compatible with international medical standards. I am proficient in English for both patient interaction and academic communication.

I am an ENT Specialist who integrates functional ENT, vocology, and medical aesthetic practices within a framework of patient safety and ethics, is capable of applying Lax-Vox voice therapy, and has experience working with professional voice users.
