Between 2010 and 2012, he worked in Ünye Public Hospital to complete his compulsory service duty. He started his work as an Assistant Professor in Otolaryngology Department at Sakarya University in October, 2012. He got the title ‘’Associate Professor’’ in October,2015. In 2025, he was awarded the title of Professor. He accomplished the verbal stage of the Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery Exam that arrenged by European Society of Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery, successfully. He earned the Board Diploma of European Society of Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery.

In December, 2015, he left his academical duty and started his work to practice the ‘’Art of Medicine’’ that he believes, in his private clinic. He has operated successfully more than 10 thousands of facial surgeries in his life.

• He was rewarded with a third place award on ‘’Best Scientifical Research’’, in Rhinology branch at the Turkish National Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery Congress with his scientifical work ‘’Research of the relation between the sense of smell and osmophobia on migraine patients‘’ in November,2014.

• He was rewarded with a second place award on ‘’Best Scientifical Research in Rhinology-Allergy/ Facial Plastic Surgery’’ at the Turkish National Otolaryngology Congress, with his scientifical research‘’ Comparison of the Crushed, grafted creatures and morsels of minced cartilages with confocal microscope’’ in November,2013.

Dr Eric Dobratz is a Professor and Vice Chair of Education in the Department of Ear, Nose and Throat Surgery at Eastern Virginia Medical School at Old Dominion University in Norfolk, VA. He is the Director of Facial Plastic Surgery at Eastern Virginia Medical School. His practice encompasses both cosmetic and reconstructive facial plastic surgery, including rhinoplasty, aging facial surgery, facial reconstruction, craniofacial surgery and trauma. He has held various leadership roles in education in otolaryngology and is the current Chair of the Education Council – Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery.

Op. Dr. Akın Şahin , successfully graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Medicine (English) in 2013. In 2014, he started his specialty training at Marmara University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Otorhinolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery. After 5 years of training in Otorhinolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery, he successfully completed the qualification exam in this field in 2019 and graduated as an Otorhinolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery specialist.

He worked as an Otolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgeon at Ardahan State Hospital and Tuzla State Hospital for 2 years and successfully managed many cases as the ENT and Head and Neck surgeon of the region. After working as an ENT specialist in a private hospital for a while, I opened my own private health clinic. Dozens of studies conducted by Dr. Akın during his education and after he became a specialist in Otorhinolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery were published in national and international journals. He is currently participating and directing several clinical trials. He has participated in many international and national congresses and symposiums. Dr. Akın continues to follow the latest developments and current surgical methods in his field by attending many congresses, conferences and seminars.
