This study introduces the concept of the “muscular nose,” characterized by excessive soft-tissue and muscular activity influencing nasal shape and movement. It explores how dynamic muscular forces affect rhinoplasty outcomes and the importance of identifying such features preoperatively. The goal is to establish clinical guidelines for surgical planning and muscle-modifying techniques to achieve stable, refined results.
