Daniel Jira is a Senior Attending Otolaryngologist, Head and Neck Surgeon, and Director of the Center for Sleep Medicine at the Technical University of Munich (TUM) University Hospital Rechts der Isar, Germany. His clinical and scientific interests include obstructive sleep apnea, upper airway surgery, hypoglossal nerve stimulation, and head and neck oncology. He is actively engaged in clinical research and the development of innovative treatment strategies for sleep-disordered breathing and head and neck cancer.
