Dr. Furkan Kaya graduated from Balıkesir Science High School in 2012. That same year, he was admitted to the Faculty of Medicine at Hacettepe University, graduating as a medical doctor in 2018. Following his medical specialization exam, he qualified for residency in Otolaryngology at Eskişehir Osmangazi University Faculty of Medicine, completing his residency and becoming a specialist in Otolaryngology in 2024. Since 2024, he has been fulfilling his mandatory service as an ENT specialist at Eskişehir Yunus Emre State Hospital.

In 2016, Dr. Furkan Kaya worked as an observer at the Department of Otolaryngology at Stanford University in the United States. In 2022, he worked as an observer and researcher at the Department of Otolaryngology at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, Italy. At these two centers, he gained experience and conducted academic research, particularly in advanced ear surgery. He also gained experience by participating in advanced temporal bone dissection courses in Turkey. In 2024, he passed both the European and Turkish Board exams, earning the title of FEBORL-HNS. From 2024-2025, he completed a Laryngology and Phoniatrics Fellowship at the Turkish Society of Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery Fellowship School.

Dr. Furkan Kaya has published over 10 articles in international and national peer-reviewed journals, given over 20 presentations at global and national scientific conferences, and authored book chapters in the field of Otolaryngology.
