<p>Dr. Ibrahim is leading the Sleep Surgery Program and Fellowship in Sleep Surgery in the Department of Otolaryngology at the University of Montreal. With a unique practice in Canada, Dr. Ibrahim provides the full spectrum of sleep surgery, encompassing both soft tissue and skeletal procedures to comprehensively address sleep-related breathing disorders.</p>
<p>Dr. Ibrahim earned his medical degree from McGill Medical School and completed residency training in Otolaryngology–Head and Neck surgery at the University of Montreal. He subspecialized in orthognathic surgery and maxillofacial trauma during a one-year fellowship in Lyon, France. This was followed by an additional one-year fellowship in sleep surgery, integrating both maxillofacial and ENT surgical techniques to optimize patient outcomes.</p>
<p>A leader in advancing innovative laser therapies for sleep breathing disorders across Latin America, with four decades of pioneering expertise in otolaryngology.</p>
<p>Distinguished Professor of Otolaryngology at Universidad Nacional del Nordeste (UNE), Argentina, with three decades of specialized training under the mentorship of world-renowned laser pioneer Prof. Dr. Krespi. My vision of excellence in care and innovation has earned recognition from the American Academy of Otolaryngology and FASO (Scientific Societies Federation) and UNNE Argentina.</p>
<p>Committed to advancing the field through continuous professional development across premier institutions in the USA and Germany for over 30 years. Founded and directed 20 international conferences on snoring and chronic upper airway obstruction, establishing Argentina as a regional hub for cutting-edge sleep medicine.
