He continues his academic and clinical work in the fields of Otorhinolaryngology and Medical Education. In his clinical practice, he particularly focuses on sleep surgery, prioritizing patient safety, functional outcomes, and evidence-based approaches. His academic interests include surgical skills training, competency-based medical education, and assessment and evaluation methodologies. In these areas, he conducts studies on structured assessment systems and performance-based educational models.
