This lecture will demonstrate how to predictably manage the nasal tip during rhinoplasty. The use of cartilage grafts and an asymmetric lateral crus steal allows for precise nasal tip management. This is important not only for a good aesthetic outcome but also aims to improve the function of the external nasal valve by opening it while maintaining symmetry, ensuring a satisfactory aesthetic outcome for the patient.
