This study introduces a novel surgical technique for correcting bony vault deviation in rhinoplasty. The method focuses on achieving symmetrical dorsal contour and stable alignment through controlled osteotomies and sidewall repositioning. Outcomes are assessed based on dorsal aesthetic balance, airway function, and postoperative patient satisfaction.

He is a former President of Korean Academy of Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery. He specialized in Facial plastic surgery and Rhinology. He has published more than 100 peer reviewed articles in international journals and still focusing on the rhinoplaty and sleep.
