Dr. Prachya Maneeprasopchoke is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Otorhinolaryngology, Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University, Bangkok, Thailand. His clinical and academic interests include Head and Neck Surgery, particularly thyroid and parathyroid surgery, transoral endoscopic thyroidectomy vestibular approach (TOETVA), intraoperative neural monitoring (IONM), and near-infrared autofluorescence (NIRAF) for parathyroid identification.

In 2017, he received a Research Award at the 3rd World Congress on Thyroid Cancer in Boston, USA, for his study on BRAF mutation testing in cytologically indeterminate thyroid nodules. He completed a Clinical Fellowship in Head and Neck Surgery at Siriraj Hospital in 2018 and subsequently undertook an observership in TOETVA with Dr. Angkoon Anuwong.

In 2025, he completed a Research Fellowship in the Division of Thyroid and Parathyroid Surgery at Mass Eye and Ear, Harvard Medical School, under the mentorship of Dr. Gregory W. Randolph.

Dr. Prachya has served as faculty, speaker, moderator, and TOETVA workshop instructor at regional and international meetings, including the Asia-Pacific Thyroid Surgery Society (APTS), the International Thyroid NOTES Conference, and the World Congress on Thyroid Cancer. He is actively involved in surgical education, clinical research, and international collaboration in thyroid surgery.
