The aim of this course is to teach the fundamental principles of aesthetic facial evaluation and to introduce participants to facial anatomy, proportions, and the critical points to consider in aesthetic analysis. During the course, clinical methods for assessing different regions of the face and planning aesthetic interventions will be detailed. Additionally, participants will learn the decision-making process for selecting the appropriate procedures based on individual patient needs.
Participants will gain the ability to identify key anatomical structures, skin characteristics, and signs of aging that are crucial in facial aesthetic analysis. The course will also provide guidance on how to evaluate patients both before and after minimally invasive procedures.
This course will be beneficial for physicians who wish to improve their clinical observation skills as well as specialists interested in facial aesthetic procedures. The training will be supported by theoretical knowledge, case studies, practical procedure videos, and real-life patient evaluation examples.

Prof. Dr. Gökçe Özel
Dr. Gökçe Özel is an Ear, Nose, and Throat Surgeon specializing in facial plastic surgery, oculoplastics, and rhinology. She graduated from Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine in 2004. In 2011, she completed her five-year specialty training in the Ear, Nose, and Throat, Head and Neck Surgery Department at Dışkapı Yıldırım Beyazıt Training and Research Hospital. After fulfilling her mandatory service in Malatya, she joined the Kırıkkale University Ear, Nose, and Throat Department, where she specialized further in facial aesthetic surgery.
In 2015, she earned the title of Associate Professor in Ear, Nose, and Throat Surgery. Dr. Özel has 20 years of active clinical experience and has published over 100 scientific research papers in international and national journals, achieving an H-index of 14. She is a double board-certified facial surgeon, having successfully passed the EAFPS board exam in 2023.
Since 2021, Dr. Özel has been in private practice, operating her own Facial Rejuvenation and Wellness Clinic.
Prof. Dr. Gökçe Özel currently serves as the General Secretary of the Turkish Association of Facial Plastic Surgery and is the President of both the Full Face Rejuvenation Congress and the Face Minima Congress. She is also a member of the European Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery and an international expert board member of the Complications in Medical Aesthetic Collaborative (CMAC). As an academic opinion leader in the field of aesthetics in Turkey, she continues to treat patients at her clinic.
