The objective of the course, organized by the Brazilian Academy of Rhinology (ABR), is to provide participants with advanced knowledge and practical skills in endoscopic endonasal surgery. The course aims to:
• Deepen understanding of the surgical anatomy and pathophysiology of the paranasal sinuses.
• Teach advanced endoscopic techniques for sinus access and management, including step-by-step procedures for maxillary, frontal, and sphenoid sinus surgeries.
• Enable participants to tailor surgical interventions to different endotypes and phenotypes of chronic rhinosinusitis.
• Offer hands-on experience in managing intraoperative complications and optimizing surgical outcomes
• Familiarize attendees with the latest technologies, instrumentation, and evidence-based strategies in sinus surgery.
