To present a surgical video on the use of the pectoralis major flap for the reconstruction of defects in head and neck cancer surgery.
Although the pectoralis major flap is frequently used for the reconstruction of defects in head and neck cancer surgery, its training remains secondary among newly trained otolaryngologists. My goal with this presentation is to remind otolaryngologists interested in head and neck cancers about the areas of use of the pectoralis major flap.
