Ratko Prstacic, MD, PhD is an ENT specialist and phoniatrician at the ENT Department, Universitiy Hospital Center Zagreb, Croatia, Associate Professor at the Faculty of Education and Rehabilitation Sciences, University of Zagreb, and Assistant Professor at the School of Medicine, University of Zagreb. He graduated from the School of Medicine, University of Zagreb in 1996, completed his residency in Otorhinolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery in 2003, and subspecialized in Phoniatrics in 2009. He obtained his PhD degree in 2014.

He holds the position of Head of the Phoniatric Division at the ENT Department, University Hospital Centre Zagreb, Croatia.

His main professional and research interests include phoniatrics, laryngology, rhinosinusology, and thyroid surgery.
