Associate Professor Ercan Karababa is a faculty member in the Department of Audiology at the University of Health Sciences Gülhane Faculty of Health Sciences. His academic and clinical research is primarily centered on vestibular science, with a specialized focus on the diagnosis and management of Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV). He possesses extensive expertise in utilizing advanced diagnostic technologies, including Videonystagmography (VNG), Video Head Impulse Test (v-HIT), and Vestibular Evoked Myogenic Potentials (VEMP). Additionally, his research explores the intersection of audiology and cognitive psychology, specifically investigating how working memory and executive functions influence auditory performance.
