<p>Locally invasive thyroid cancer is an uncommon diseaseprocess, which carries significant morbidity and mortality.Current treatment modalities include appropriate surgery, radioactive iodine treatment and external beam radiation therapy.</p> <p>I will be presenting multiple cases diagnosed with Advanced Thyroid Carcinoma . I will discuss with the panelist thier approaches in managment of such cases.</p> <p>See attached file ( Radiology of the cases )</p>

<p>Ali Bayram, MD, is an Associate Professor in the Department of Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery at the University of Health Sciences, Kayseri Faculty of Medicine, Türkiye. He completed his medical education and residency training at Erciyes University.</p> <p>Dr. Bayram has extensive clinical experience in head and neck surgery and has participated in several national and international observerships. His academic interests include head and neck oncology, otology, and scientific publishing.</p> <p>He has authored numerous national and international publications and book chapters, contributing actively to the scientific literature in otorhinolaryngology. Dr. Bayram also serves as an Associate Editor of the Turkish Archives of Otorhinolaryngology and has been a reviewer for multiple international journals.</p> <p>In addition to his academic and editorial roles, he is actively involved in professional organizations and currently serves as the Vice President of the Turkish School of Head-Neck and Thyroid Surgery.</p>
