To obtain successful and predictable results in a Rhinoplasty\, it is essential that the Facial Pla stic Surgeon and Otolaryngologist\, has at least 10 or more years of exper ience practicing this surgery in different types of noses and knowing mult iple surgical techniques to correct the different nasal deformities that a re found. The planning and decision of the surgical technique is based on the precise diagnosis of the functional and aesthetic deformities of the n ose\, that is the art of the Facial Plastic Surgeon\, to achieve beautiful and natural results in a Multi-Ethnic Rhinoplasty which is a real challen ge for the best Facial Plastic Surgeon.
The author shares his experience of 36 years practicing multi-eth nic Rhinoplasties in the city of Cartagena de Indias - Colombia.
