Dr. Seçil Bahar Dal worked as an ENT specialist in Sivas between 2006 and 2008. She began working at the American Hospital's ENT Department in 2009 and, as of 2018, has been working in both the Ear, Nose, and Throat Department and the Sleep Medicine Department at the American Hospital.

Currently, she continues her work at the American Hospital, focusing primarily on Ear, Nose, and Throat diseases, including the diagnosis and treatment of sleep disorders in children and adults, snoring and sleep apnea, as well as functional nasal problems and surgical treatments.

Dr. Jan-Niklas Kuschel is a German ENT specialist with a particular focus on sleep medicine and sleep surgery. He currently serves as Senior Specialist Physician at Klinikum Frankfurt (Oder), under the leadership of Dr. Ferhat Tek, where he completed his advanced training in sleep medicine and leads the DGSM-certified sleep laboratory. He has also played a key role in establishing the hospital’s hypoglossal nerve stimulation program.

Previously, Dr. Kuschel trained at Asklepios Klinikum Harburg under Professor Verse, one of Europe’s leading centers for hypoglossal nerve stimulation, where he gained extensive experience in sleep surgery and hypoglossal nerve stimulator implantation.

His clinical focus includes the diagnosis and treatment of sleep-related breathing disorders, hypoglossal nerve stimulation, and surgical treatment of obstructive sleep apnea. He is also actively involved in medical education through lectures, seminars, and professional educational events in sleep medicine.
