Luis Lassaletta is Head of Otology, auditory implants and skull base surgery at the Department of Otolaryngology, La Paz University Hospital in Madrid, Spain

He is Professor of Otolaryngology at the Department of Surgery of the Autonomous University of Madrid, accredited as Full Professor.

 He has been the President of the Otology Board, Spanish Society of Otorhinolaryngology from 2018 to 2024 and is the current President of the Spanish Skull Base Society.

 Among his main areas of interest is hearing loss and auditory implants, facial paralysis and skull base tumors.

 He is the Director of the Facial Paralysis Unit at La Paz University Hospital, which is now 25 years old.

 He is a member of the Hearring International Network of Experts in Hearing Implants  (Hearring.com), Director of the IdiPAZ  group “Research in Otoneurosurgery”  http://www.idipaz.es/PaginaDinamica.aspx?IdPag=264&Lang=EN, and a member of  the CIBERER.

 He has published more than 250 papers in national and international journals.

Dr. Vinay Kumar Vijayendra is a consultant ENT Surgeon at Vijaya ENT Care Center, Bangalore, India

 He is the youngest winner of the prestigious RAF Cooper Award for new innovation in ENT in 2018 awarded by the Association of otorhinolaryngology of India. He has various other awards to his credit including First prize in consultant video award at ISOCON 2023, 2nd place in Dr. S.L Jaiswal video session 72nd AOICON – Nagpur ,2nd prize in Dr. S.L Jaiswal video session -  75th AOICON – Bangalore 2024

 Awarded a Travel Grant to South Korea for best abstract submission in Otology- International Congress of ORL-HNS 2023 in Seoul , South Korea

Winner of ISOCON international travel fellowship to University Hospital of Modena – under Prof Daniele Marchioni (2025)

 Dr Vinay has been a faculty at various international conferences in various countries and also at many state and national conferences

 He has also performed live surgical and temporal bone dissections at various State, national and International conferences

 He is the co-author of the book "Otology demystified". He also has several journal publications to his name in reputed journals
