3 dimensional approach to nasal dorsum

<p>Dorsum surgery is one of the main subjects in rhinoplasty. Rhinoplasty has differents components to deal during the surgery and nasal dorsum with bony and cartilage components needs to be dealt with konwledge of anatomy .</p> <p>Anatomy is not a 2 dimensional structure we need to know 3 dimensional structure of nasal dorsum and be prepeared to deal with this anatomical problems with corresponding techniques and use technical devices such as piezo , drills and classical equipment like rasp,osteotomes and swas</p> <p>In this lecture we will describe the 3D anatomy of nasal dorsum and approaches to this area with different techniques and equipment</p>
