Academically trained at the Complutense University of Madrid, highlighting postgraduate training at the Felippu Institute (Sao Paulo, Brazil) with a Fellowship program in Endoscopic Nasal Surgery and Endoscopic Approaches to the Skull Base, as well as a Stage in Chicago under Dr. Dean Toriumi in Rhinoplasty.

Research experience as Principal Investigator in clinical trials in the field of Otoneurology, clinical studies in Rhinology, author of various chapters in Rhinology books and articles in indexed journals in Rhinology and Engineering located in the first quartile of scientific journals (American Journal of Rhinology & Allergy, Computer Physics Communications).

Started clinical activity at Hospital de Madrid-Montepríncipe as an adjunct to the ENT Service in the Rhinology Section and Director of the Vertigo Unit until 2006, continuing professional development in the ENT Service of the General University Hospital Gregorio Marañón in Madrid since 2006 as an adjunct in the Rhinology section and associate professor at the Faculty of Medicine of the Complutense University of Madrid. Since 2017, combining activity with the Head of the Rhinology Section at the San Francisco de Asís Hospital in Madrid.

Extensive communication and teaching experience, endorsed by the Direction of numerous courses aimed at Rhinology specialists nationally and internationally and regular participation in congresses in Europe and Latin America as a speaker and international guest.

Member of the Spanish Society of ENT (SEORL) and the Spanish Society of Skull Base.
