Dr. Daniela Lucidi – Otolaryngologist, Researcher & Clinician

Dr. Daniela Lucidi is a specialist in Otolaryngology with extensive experience in both clinical practice and academic research. Since 2018, she has worked at the Department of Otolaryngology of the University Hospital of Modena, where she led the ENT Outpatient Clinic at Baggiovara Hospital and was also responsible for the Rhinology Unit, a high-specialty service for the diagnosis and treatment of chronic rhinosinusitis, nasal polyposis, and other complex nasal conditions.

Dr. Lucidi’s surgical expertise spans a wide range of procedures, including endoscopic surgery of the nose and paranasal sinuses, laryngeal surgery, thyroid and salivary gland disorders, head and neck oncology, otologic surgery, and pediatric ENT. Over the course of her career, she has performed more than 2,000 surgical procedures

Since 2025 Dr. Lucidi has also held a research and teaching position at the University of Bologna. Her academic role includes clinical assistance and medical education at the Ravenna Hospital.

Her scientific work focuses primarily on chronic rhinosinusitis and benign nasal pathologies. She is the author of numerous articles published in leading international peer-reviewed journals and is actively involved in ongoing clinical and translational research projects in the field of rhinology. Dr. Lucidi is also a recognized peer reviewer and a member of the editorial boards of several international medical journals, contributing her expertise to the advancement of ENT knowledge worldwide.
