Dr Pelin was born in Nov,1982,Bursa Turkey. She was graduated from Istanbul Marmara Medical School Faculty of medicine in 2006 with A(-) degree. She completed Otorhinolaryngology training in Istanbul University of Health Sciences Istanbul Research and Training Hospital by the end of 2011 and performed her obligatory state service between 2012-2015. Her thesis of graduation has the title of “Cricopharyngeal muscle aging, Postmortem Study” She attended Audiology Master of Science in Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt Universtiy in 2015. She performed head and neck cancer surgeries and sleep apnea surgeries between 2015-2018 in Bakırkoy Dr Sadi Konuk Research and Training Hospital and gave lectures about Otorhinolaryngology in Kemerburgaz University Pharmacy Class-III for two terms at the same period. She attended Laryngology& Phoniatry School among 2016-2017 and Otology-Neurotlogy School among 2018-2019 which are post-graduate schools of Turkish Society of Otorhinolaryngology She worked as ENT specialist in Istanbul Research and Training Hospital between 2018-2021 where she got her academic degree as associated proffessor in otorhinolaryngology in 2021 while she was working with Prof Dr Özgür Yiğit where she had most of her experience in otology and cochlear implantation. She basically performed advanced otologic surgeries namely cochlear implantation, hearing implants, anterior and lateral skull base surgeries, endolymphatic sac surgeries, otosclerosis, cholesteatoma cases, cases with head and neck cancer surgeries, thyroid pathologies, salivary gland pathologies, paranasal sinüs tumor surgeries, rhinologic surgeries including aesthetic and plastic rhinoplasty surgery. She worked with Prof Dr Yıldırım Ahmet Bayazit and involved in more than 15 auditory brainstem implant surgeries in three years in differetnt centers. Nowadays she is head of the department in Bahcesehir University Medical Faculty Otorhinolaryngology. She has more than 18 published clinical studies in journals indexed in SCI-Expanded, SSCI or AHCI in 4 of which she is the first author. She has international 6, domestic 3 book contributions as chapter authorship.
