Chih-Jaan Tai

Professor Chih-Jaan Tai, MD, PhD is a Taiwan-based otolaryngologist and academic leader at China Medical University (CMU) and China Medical University Hospital (CMUH) in Taichung, Taiwan. He serves as Director of Rhinology within CMUH’s Department of Otorhinolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, with clinical interests spanning **rhinitis/rhinosinusitis, sinonasal neoplasms, skull-base disorders, and upper-airway obstruction.

Prof. Tai has also held major professional society leadership, including President of the Taiwan Rhinology Society (TRS), Vice-president of Taiwan Society of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery (TSOHNS),       director of International Rhinology Society (IRS), and related national/international roles.
