<p>Joanna Szaleniec is a specialist in otorhinolaryngology and an endoscopic sinus surgeon, as well as the author and co-author of 57 scientific publications. Since 2007, she has been affiliated with the Jagiellonian University Medical College and the University Hospital in Krakow. Her research on the sinonasal microbiome is conducted in collaboration with the Sano Centre for Personalized Computational Medicine.</p>
