Dr Kagga is a lecturer in the department of Ear, Nose and Throat at Makerere University. He is also a Co_ Director of the the advanced Head and Neck surgical oncology fellowship at the Uganda Cancer institute and serves as the General Secretary of the African Head and Neck Society. He completed his fellowship from Capetown University under Prof.Johan Fagan. He is passionate about advancing safe and afforadable Head and Neck surgery on the African continent.
