This study evaluates the outcomes of performing septal perforation repair concurrently with secondary rhinoplasty. The approach aims to restore both nasal structure and function while minimizing the need for staged procedures. Outcomes are analyzed in terms of perforation closure rates, aesthetic results, and postoperative complications.
