Phoebe Ramos
<p>Dr. Phoebe Ramos Yanine is an Otolaryngologist–Head and Neck Surgeon from Chile with a clinical and research focus on cochlear implantation and auditory outcomes. She completed her medical training at Universidad del Desarrollo and her Otolaryngology residency at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.</p>
<p>She undertook a two-year Cochlear Implant Fellowship at the Royal Victorian Eye and Ear Hospital in Melbourne, Australia, where she trained in advanced cochlear implant surgery and postoperative imaging-guided optimisation of implant performance. She is currently pursuing a PhD at the University of Melbourne, investigating anatomically guided cochlear implant programming and personalised approaches to auditory rehabilitation, with particular interest in electrode positioning and basal electrode optimisation.</p>
