Young otolaryngologists often face challenges in gaining confidence and expertise in thyroidectomy, particularly with evolving guidelines and increasing expectations for nerve monitoring, minimally invasive approaches, and complication management.

Background: This proposal aims to provide an interactive overview of thyroidectomy, including nerve monitoring strategies, decision-making in thyroid surgery, and tips for avoiding complications. Emphasis will be placed on practical skills, evidence-based surgical decision-making, and handling challenging cases.
