<p>Dr. Ismail Mohamed Ali is an ENT, Head and Neck Surgeon and the Head of the Department of Ear, Nose, and Throat at Shaafi Hospital. He also serves as the Head of the ENT Department at the Federal Ministry of Health of Somalia and is a Senior Lecturer at Jazeera University. With extensive clinical, administrative, and academic experience, Dr. Ismail is committed to advancing ENT and head-and-neck care while contributing to the development of medical education and the national health sector.</p>
