<p>Dr. James Rondal is a Certified Otolaryngologist with a subspecialty training in Pediatric Otolaryngology from Banna, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. He is currently the Chairman of the Department of ORL-HNS, Chairman of the Hospital Research Committee and the Project Manager of ENT Care Center in Mariano Marcos Memorial Hospital and Medical Center. He is also a Professor of the Mariano Marcos State University - College of Medicine.</p>
