Prof. Lieber Po-Hung Li was born in Kaohsiung, Taiwan. He had the expertise in cochlear implantation. His research interests include tinnitus, cochlear implantation, application of artificial intelligence in clinical Otorhinolaryngology, and central auditory plasticity of magnetoencephalographic (MEG) signals. He received the M.D. degree and the Ph.D. degree in clinical medicine from National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University, Taiwan. He is now the President of Taiwan Tinnitus Association, Board Member of the East Asian Society of Otology (EASO), Director of the Department of Otolaryngology, Cheng-Hsin General Hospital, and Professor of National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University, Taiwan.
