Giovanni Felisati

Prof. Giovanni Felisati, MD, PhD is Full Professor of Otolaryngology and Head of the Head and Neck Department at Santi Paolo e Carlo Hospital, University of Milan. He obtained his MD and completed dual residencies in Otolaryngology and Audiology at the University of Milan, followed by a postgraduate course in Health Management. Since 2004, he has served as Head of the ENT Unit and has held several leadership roles in postgraduate medical education and scientific societies.

Prof. Felisati’s clinical and research expertise spans endoscopic sinus and skull base surgery, auditory and vestibular disorders, craniofacial malformations, and interdisciplinary management of odontogenic sinusitis. He has authored over 400 scientific publications (164 indexed in PubMed; H-index 31), including monographs and surgical videos. He has delivered more than 570 scientific presentations, many by invitation.

His research has been supported by national and regional grants, with notable contributions in nasal airflow modeling and personalized surgical planning. He is also active in scientific dissemination and medical education across various specialties including pediatrics, maxillofacial surgery, audiology, and dentistry.
