Andreea Rusescu
<p>I am a Consultant ENT Surgeon and Assistant Professor at the “Carol Davila” University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Bucharest, Romania. I completed my residency at the Institute of Phonoaudiology and Functional ENT Surgery “Prof. Dr. D. Hociotă” and earned my PhD in Medicine in 2021. My professional development has been strongly shaped in the last years by extensive national and international training in otology.</p>
<p>My clinical and academic activity is centered primarily on otology and otologic surgery, with a special focus on middle ear disease, chronic ear pathology, and temporal bone surgery. I also hold complementary certification in Sleep Medicine and maintain broader interests in rhinology and cervicofacial surgery.</p>
<p>Alongside my clinical work, I am deeply involved in undergraduate and postgraduate medical education, delivering ENT courses and hands-on training for students and residents. I have authored numerous publications in international indexed journals, while actively participating in the organization of major ENT scientific events and international collaborations. My professional mission is to advance otologic surgery through continuous training, innovation, and education.</p>
