Dr. Ghassan Alokby is Chair of the Department of Otolaryngology–Head & Neck Surgery at King Faisal Specialist Hospital & Research Centre, Riyadh, and holds an adjunct faculty appointment at Alfaisal University. His clinical practice is focused on rhinology and endoscopic skull base surgery.

He completed his fellowship at the University of Miami under Dr. Roy R. Casiano. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and of the American Rhinologic Society, where he serves on several committees.

His research interests include sinonasal malignancy outcomes, endoscopic repair of cerebrospinal fluid leaks, biologic therapy in chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyposis, olfactory neuroblastoma, and acute invasive fungal sinusitis. He has authored book chapters on endoscopic sinus surgery and skull base reconstruction and serves in editorial and peer review roles.
