<p>Yan Jiang, MD, PhD, is Professor and Chief Physician of Otorhinolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery at the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University, serving as Vice President of the hospital and Party Secretary of the Pingdu Branch. He leads the Department of Otorhinolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery, the Sleep Medicine Center, and the Allergy Center, and is Director of the Shandong Provincial Key Discipline of Rhinology. His clinical and research interests focus on rhinology, endoscopic skull base surgery, and sleep-disordered breathing, with an emphasis on improving diagnosis and outcomes in complex sinonasal and skull base diseases. Prof. Jiang serves on multiple national and provincial academic committees, including the Chinese Society of Otorhinolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery and related rhinology and skull base groups, and holds leadership roles in several Shandong medical associations.</p>
