Description This session explores contemporary rhinoplasty, emphasizing the paradigm shift from aggressive resection to preservation and structural techniques. It covers the use of advanced technologies, such as piezoelectric surgery and 3D imaging, to achieve refined, natural, and functionally sound outcomes.

Outcome Objectives Participants will be able to:

  1. Compare preservation and structural rhinoplasty philosophies.

  2. Describe the indications and advantages of using piezoelectric instruments.

  3. Integrate modern approaches to optimize both aesthetic and functional results.

Background Modern rhinoplasty has evolved beyond simple reduction. The current focus is on reshaping and reinforcing nasal structures to create long-lasting, natural results that respect nasal physiology, meeting the sophisticated demands of today's patients.
