<p>Dr. Bengisu Yazıcı Akkurt is an ENT resident at Kartal Dr. Lutfi Kirdar City Hospital in Istanbul, Türkiye, with three and a half years of residency training. She graduated from Istanbul Faculty of Medicine, one of the leading medical schools in the country.</p> <p>She is actively engaged in clinical practice and academic research, with a focus on otology and head and neck surgery. Her research interests include ototoxicity mechanisms and protective strategies, as well as quality of life outcomes following surgical interventions.</p> <p>She is currently involved in experimental and clinical research projects and has contributed to studies presented at national and international scientific meetings.</p>
