Even though benign sinonasal tumors are rare, their management couldsometimes be very challenging. Among a variety of different histopathology thesegenerally solitary and unilateral benign masses of the sinonasal cavity sometimesmay erode the bony boundaries and impinge on adjacent structures, sometimesmay cause secondary inflammatory problems, sometimes may have the potentialto turn into a malignancy or sometimes may result in different serious symptomslike severe epistaxis while expanding along different anatomical compartments. This panel of European experts will be covering the most important aspects andcurrent management of these tumors to reveal how they are dealing with thosepathologies in their practices including how to analyze imaging, choose the correcttreatment strategy, and if surgery needed the appropriate approach that wouldalso reduce the morbidity. Nearby fibroosseous lesions like osteomas, fibrous dysplasia or ossifying fibroma, presentations will focus on juvenile angiofibromas, inverted papillomas.
