<p>Sarah Bahoo is a final-year medical student at the University of Auckland, New Zealand. She completed an intercalated Bachelor of Medical Science (Honours) in 2025, investigating corticosteroid irrigations for chronic rhinosinusitis with a focus on dissolution behaviour and anti-inflammatory efficacy. Alongside her research, she has gained diverse clinical exposure as a student in New Zealand and internationally, including a plastic and reconstructive surgery elective at Imperial College London and a six-week public health internship with the non-profit organisation Doctors for You in Mumbai, India, supported by the New Zealand Prime Minister’s scholarship. Sarah aspires to be an ORL surgeon and pursue a future career that blends surgical practice with ongoing research.</p>
