<p>Dr. Ali Al-Fraihat is a Chief Resident in Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery at Dubai Health in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. He obtained his medical degree with Honours from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI).</p> <p>Dr. Al-Fraihat completed his internship at Dubai Health Authority, where he initially began training in Pediatrics before transitioning to Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery, pursuing his passion for surgical care and advancing treatment for patients with ear, nose, and throat disorders.</p> <p>Throughout his residency, Dr. Al-Fraihat has been actively involved in clinical practice, surgical training, and academic development within the ENT residency program. He plays a key role in organizing academic teaching sessions, coordinating resident education, and contributing to program development.</p> <p>His academic interests include rhinology, skull base surgery, and inflammatory sinonasal disease, and he is involved in multiple research initiatives, including projects exploring AI applications in imaging and comparative inflammatory markers in chronic rhinosinusitis.</p> <p>Dr. Al-Fraihat is passionate about medical education, research collaboration, and advancing ENT training programs in the region. Outside of medicine, he enjoys sports, fitness, travel, and spending time with family and friends.</p>
