<p>I am a medical student in the School of Medicine at Trinity College Dublin, Ireland. I have been passionate about head and neck surgical oncology since early in my medical school career and have previously won best oral presentation at an Irish conference for my research on head and neck cancer immunotherapy. I am planning on undertaking an MSc in Translational Oncology to kickstart my future career as a clinician-scientist. I have consistently ranked first in the medical school exams, and have been awarded multiple awards including the Trinity College Dublin foundation scholarship (the highest academic honor of the college) and gold medals in anatomy, biochemistry, clinical and surgical skills, public health, and laboratory / investigative medicine. I hope to present at this conference in order to share the innovative and exciting research we have completed at our large head and neck centre (St. James’s Hospital Dublin).</p>
