<p>Dr. Nidanur Sinanoğlu is a recent medical graduate from Türkiye currently completing her mandatory clinical service. She is pursuing a career in otolaryngology head and neck surgery, with academic interests in surgical outcomes, training systems, and global capacity development.</p> <p>Her work focuses on understanding structural and educational determinants that influence access to specialized ENT care, particularly in low and middle income settings. She plans to continue her training in the United States while remaining engaged in global otolaryngology initiatives.</p>
