<p>Dr. Fabián Peralta is a medical doctor from Lima, Peru, and founder of The ENT Club, Peru’s first national otolaryngology medical student interest group. Through this initiative, he has organized academic workshops, established collaborations with major hospitals, and promoted structured research training for medical students.</p> <p>He serves as a teaching assistant in an otolaryngology course in Peru, where he contributes to undergraduate medical education and evidence-based clinical training.</p> <p>He has supported international surgical missions in Peru, contributing to logistics coordination and serving as a medical translator for visiting surgical teams. He also collaborates with the Peruvian Society of Otolaryngology in the development of academic and research initiatives.</p> <p>His work focuses on strengthening research networks and reducing global disparities in ENT care.</p>
